The Young Adult Transformation Collective connects, resources, and equips participating locally-led transformation programs committed to spiritual and vocational discernment.

Membership is currently open to residential programs that serve young adults. If you represent or work this kind of program and are interested in a wider reach for program recruitment, resources for professional development, mutually supportive connections with colleagues who are doing similar work, and creative collaborations across a national ecosystem, YATC Residential site membership is for you! See more details below and click here to fill out a membership interest form.Your program doesn’t have to have tons of money or tons of participants to join - our network is diverse and varied, and we all support each other!

YATC members commit to…

  • Honoring and incorporating in local programming the YATC mission, values, strategic intentions - interpreting them to be appropriate to your context

  • Providing a representative for the YATC Advisory Board to keep the Collective accountable to your local leadership

  • Participating in at least 1 and up to 3 recruitment engagements each year (recruiting for the Collective including your program)

  • Contributing 2 staff hours per month for Collective work

  • Making a financial investment in YATC each year on a sliding scale relative to your program budget (if this would present a barrier, maybe your organization can provide more staff support — let’s talk!)

Benefits to membership:

  • Pay-what-you-can rate for up to 2 local program leaders to participate in YATC’s in-person resourcing and connection retreat (to be held at a future date). This gathering includes both education/ “train the trainer” work around YATC core values AND professional development in areas identified annually by Collective members.

  • Monthly virtual gatherings for staff to connect with leadership of other programs for mutual support, problem solving, and resourcing

  • Shared recruitment - access to shared pool of applications recruited by all member programs, with an application and placement process facilitated by YATC staff

  • Access to training and resources around topics including vocational discernment and anti-racism

  • Connection to a support ecosystem: a network of YATC members doing similar work AND YATC partners doing different work but invested in the same mission, with opportunities for silo-breaking and cross-pollination

  • Use the YATC logo on your website and materials

  • Your program advertised on the YATC website and in YATC materials
