The Young Adult Transformation Collective connects, resources, and equips participating locally-led transformation programs.

Partnering with YATC gives organizations, churches, schools, movements - anyone! - an opportunity to invest in and collaborate with programs deeply committed to transforming the world through transforming young adults. If you are a mission-aligned group that wants to connect with a larger ecosystem, but YATC membership isn’t right for you, we still want to connect: How can we support each other? How can we work together to strengthen both our efforts for a better world? How can we collaborate creatively? Fill out this interest form and we’ll be in touch so we can dream together!

YATC partners commit to…

  • Honoring shared values

  • Promoting YATC in their local contexts and communities

  • Investing financially in YATC work

Benefits to partnership:

  • Be part of this transformative work!

  • Offer input into the future of this collective and the work we can do together

  • Connect with the YATC ecosystem - plug in to a national network for cross-pollination and mutual support

  • YATC members prioritize collaboration with YATC partners (e.g., YATC members offering vocational discernment resources or reflections)

  • Access YATC curriculum, reflection resources, and continuing education opportunities at a discount

  • Be listed as a partner on the YATC website

How to become a partner:

  • Fill out this interest form to tell us a little about your group.

  • Meet with a small group of YATC staff and Advisory Board members for exploration and mutual discernment.

  • If we both think it’s a great fit, we’ll work together to describe the exact parameters of partnership. YATC staff work with partners to co-create a document that describes how we’re in reciprocal relationship - creative ideas and ways of collaborating are possible!

The role of partners is intentionally fairly wide and nonspecific in order to invite mutual discernment around what will benefit both YATC and each partner in relationship and collaboration. We believe in true mutual relationships - let’s figure out how we can support each other.
